Today is a little better. We cleaned the apartment last night and I finished most of it this morning. Had to get a new vacuum since the old one started smoking. It was over 12 years old so what you going to do?

This got me thinking about how things wear out and how, eventually, so will some of me (some already has or feels like it.) Then I read an article in Prevention magazine that talked about a woman's year of aging backwards. She ate much healthier than she had in the past and exercised more. This reversed her aging process in a way because she felt much better and had more energy. In the article it talked about chronological age being just a number but how take care of yourself reflects not only on how you feel but also can physically make you look younger.

Well give me two helpings of that! I could care less about looking 25 again as long as I feel it. emoticon

Haha, yes, smoking vacuums are best replaced as soon as possible.

I have come to the conclusion that those stupid health food, sugar banning Nazi's are probably right, so I too am eating better.

Good luck on the Che changes ahead of you. emoticon
