Hello, I recently got diagnois with PCOS..... Which explains pretty much all the struggle i have had in my past. With this I am suppose to watch what i eat and lose weight.. The fustratating part is i really never eat bad. I am all into the natural food, no aspartame, or hydronenated foords. Organic is it is available...... I am very confused on what i am suppose to do to treat this problem and my doctor is no help.... Any thoughts would be welcome ........ emoticon

    Just because a food is natural or organic, that doesn't mean it won't cause weight gain. You can make organic, vegetarian french fries and they are just as caloric as regular fries. Don't fall into the trap of thinking you can eat as much healthy food as you want. The calories still count. Maybe you could start tracking your food to see how many calories you consume on a daily basis. That is a great place to start. You can do it!

    Start tracking every single thing you eat in the nutritional tracker here on Spark. It might give you some ideas of things you can change up. If you want to, make it public so that we can all see what you're doing and maybe give you some tips, if you want it.
