I hate headaches...

So I had such a nasty headache last night! Every time I closed my eyes I could feel my pulse in my eyeballs...Yuck! So I stayed home from work and vegged out. I did eat well and track so I was happy about that. Yesterday I did 45 minutes at the gym - I was going to go for the hour but I amped up the intensity so 45 wiped me out! Back to work and the gym tomorrow! Hopefully I get a good nights sleep tonight!
