My efforts were pretty good today. It sure is eye opening to be tracking my food again. It gives me inspiration to not eat so much in the evening, and to eat more fruits and veggies.
I've been tracking and using the Spark Coach option. I'm getting good advice and inspiration there. Slowly getting back into my good habits. One day at a time.
I've been inspired by Spark Coach and by Elaine. I think I can still find some time to exercise today!
