good busy day!!

Spark Solution Challenge: Day 9

Insider tip: You have to want to succeed.

Find a solid support system and make sure you have the right mind-set going in. Do it for you and for the right reasons. Don't think of it as a short-term venture. Make it a lifelong process.

Mind-set Makeover: Release negative thought.

Collect all the negative thoughts or feelings you've been experiencing this week. In one deep exhale, let them all leave your body and mind for good.

Metabolic Makeover: Stretch it out.

Rather than reach for snacks or caffeine to get you through the afternoon, take a minute or two to stretch. Even stretching your arms overhead and doing a couple of neck rolls can make a tremendous difference.

Spark Coach challenge: A more mindful meal

1) Set the stage for each meal - set a complete place setting, get rid off all distractions. Serve your meal

2) Focus on your food - think about all the actions that occurred to get the food to your plate.

3)Enjoy your meal - consciously focus on each bite, take you time.

    Is the oven fixed? I just remembered when you mentioned quiche.... anyway have a great Wednesday. I woke up late and weather is a cool 72 for the rest of today. I turned off the AC and opened a window over the kitchen sink. emoticon
