Try a Tri - DONE

I completed my first Try a Tri (100m swim, 11km bike and 2km run) this week-end. Nothing extraordinary, my time was poor, but I did it and I am now motivated to keep training - which I had not done much beforehand given the circumstances. I have another one at the end of the summer and I intend to do better by training, esp. on the bike which turned out to be my weakness... 11km was long!!!

It was a very good experience, I now have a better idea what I am getting into and I'm even thinking of doing a Sprint Triathlon next summer.
