Reflecting ones way to Fullness.

Tuesday, May 21, 2013

Ok ... so I have now completed two days of tracking and decided I needed to adjust my slow weight loss goal as my calorie allowance was too large (1590 - 1920 calories per day). Seeing as I'm investing so much time and money into exercise, its important that I nail my portion control.

Tracking has been a brilliant partner to my gym workouts. And going to bed physically tired, feeling slightly hungry and very excited for tomorrow is a rewarding way to end each day.

You know, my heart skips a beat when I consider what I am getting back ... Renewed energy ... Better fitting clothes ... Increased self confidence ... A deep sense of humility for being privileged enough to experience the sweetness of success ... Incredible hope, enthusiasm and excitement for the future as I continue to conquer fears and become more healthy.

When I consider all these things, that slight hunger I was feeling disappears and I feel a fullness to bursting!

I am so incredibly grateful for Sparkpeople ... I am never alone on this journey and I can therefore always succeed.

In health, Sally
