Day one of the Spark Solution

I started following the The Spark Solution today. I can say that I believe this was the first time I was prepared to start a program. I read the book went grocery shopping and prepared my foods the night before. It made today flow smoothly. I faced a challenge when I did not have time to eat my afternoon snack, so when I got in my car to make that ride home I thought about stopping at a local fast food chain for a "snack". But I decided to take a round about way home to miss the temptations. When I got home I prepared dinner and I am about to enjoy my evening snack. I did 20 minutes on the treadmill which gave me a lot of energy. Instead of sitting down in front of the TV I decided to do some yard work. I feel really motivated to make this a lasting lifestyle change. Off to prepare my food for tomorrow emoticon
