Stupid scale....

I'm making progress although I haven't lost much weight. It takes more to get my heart rate up. I can walk at a faster pace for a longer period. I have been doing the 4 week 'Eat Up, Slim Down' Challenge. I've been doing really well on this challenge by filling up on veggies and my daily totals look great. I started exercising in September 2012 and really cracked down on my food intake two months ago. I just don't understand why I'm not losing weight and my close fit the same as they did before.
