Well, let's try it again.

New Kristy time.

Over the last few months I've been stressing over stupid things and feeding that stress with, of course, lots of food! I'm afraid to step on a scale because I think I finally ballooned over that horrible 400 number.

Here's to life.

    Welcome Back Kristy! You can do it! Don't worry so much about the scale. I'm trying not to either. I resolved not to weigh myself until I'd made it a month on Spark. My new weigh in will be after 2 weeks at the gym (end of this week!). Just focus on using the tools for now! emoticon
