Well, the boss of the PT came out last week the day I had walked, walked and walked w/o the walker closing the deal on my new Toyota Venza.

He wanted to know how I felt. I said real tired as I had walked a lot. He asked if my knee hurt and I said yes so he said I needed to strengthen it more.

Soooooo I am back on PT, this time twice a week for a month. I want to get strong enough to have the other knee done as I know I will have trouble until I do.

Did some chores today, went out to eat and now sparking. Maybe I will take a emoticon Yesterday I was so tired as I walked a lot at church also but laid down and no nap came. Went to bed at 8:00 pm. got up at midnight, stayed up for a couple of hours and got up at 8:30 so got plenty of sleep in. The PT called and wanted to know if I was ready. So at 9:30 he came over.

He wants to come Monday and Wednesday but I am wondering if Monday and Thursday would be better as to spread it out more evenly. Of course I do do my exercises unless I have a big day of walking and then get out and walk and walk inside w/o the walker.

That means Wednesday I have PT and the house cleaner comes at 12:30.

I have found the perfect SNACK for evening. I buy the frozen fruit mixture and put plain greek yogurt on it and it is so satisfying. I eat my big meal at noon.
In fact today I had a lot of veggies and watermelon besides other stuff both good and bad. emoticon

So that is my catch up for today Monday the 20th.
