Provide yourself with a goal. Attack it without remorse or judgement. Continue to push yourself out of your comfort zone. I signed up for races (not realizing this was happening) to provide me motivation to improve myself each race. I have at least one every one month or two. I have been sticking to the muddy ones lately as they have been real fun with more of a team effort rather than I am better than you mentality. Gather a team, raise money for the cause whatever you need to do. I believe in not sitting around waiting for something or someone. Go out and get it for yourself. Wait! Just be sure to enjoy the ride while your reaching your goals. So important to have fun. Sometimes the results don't turn out as planned, okay. Use that as a tool (I can do better, I will do better) to keep you going. Include your family and friends before you know it you will have a giant support staff to lean on when times get tough (and they will get tough). No sugar coating here. Hard work, determination, sweat and a will to never fail. Words to move.
