I have made my visual listed my goals did 30 mins on bike now if I can get my two yr old to stop feeding me his Cheetos ( screams if I say no or if I act like eating but don't) thought about getting in pool but to windy with bad storms moving in. I was at 207 when hubby left back on the eighth down to 205.4 was at 203 yesterday but exercised always weight more the next day. I moved my bike back upstairs instead of down in the gym so I won't have an excuse not to use it.
