The Spark Solution

• What made you decide to try The Spark Solution Program? I love the sparkpeople program, and have decided to read this book also. To see what I could take out of it and make work in my lifestyle and program.

• Have you seen or felt any results in this first week? I don't know yet. I will know when I can do week 1

• What do you like the most about the program? I have always liked the spark program - tracking nutrition and fitness. It's honestly the first time I've ever learned about nutrition. I've heard about it before, but it never hit home before I started Sparkpeople.

• What was your favorite meal from this week? I'm looking forward to trying some of the recipes, but I have to alter them to be gluten free. I love trying that. Some work out great, some don't. It's all a learning experience.

• Which Insider Tip motivated you the most this week? I'm not done reading it yet, so I don't know at this point. However, I do love having people who've been there done that tell their success stories and how they got through it. It helps me believe I can do it too.

• What is your goal is for next week? I want to read through the Spark, and also keep on track with my running training.
