:What made you decide to try The Spark Solution Program?

I liked the idea of shaking my metabolism up, showing results in 2 week.

: Have you seen or felt any results in this first week?

I feel more positive about getting healthy, I believe I can do it.

:What do you like the most about the program?

The program is simple and laid out so anyone who wants to get healthy can do it.

: What was your favorite meal from this week?

I loved reading them all but I was on the run all week and never took the time to make a meal from the book.

: Which Insider Tip motivated you the most this week?

Fake it Till you Feel It ---- I have to do this somedays and it really works, sort of like Just do It!
once I get started there is no stopping me.

:What is your goal is for next week?
Look after me and eat to lose the unhealthy weight.
