walk befor i can run

in the past i have always gone out bought all the stuff i need dvds mat weights tryed to work out then gave up after 2 weeks or so go running one day then not again for 6 or 7 months so know im trying to walk befor i can run with a running plan walk slow for 5mins fast for 5mins slow for 5 mins for a week then the next week walk slow fow for 5 fat for 8 slow for 5 then the next week 11 then 15 until you get to running for 60mins and its workin ive even decided not to buy anything new until ive been doing it for at least a month and it 5 times a week its going well so far just wantewd to share
