• What made you decide to try The Spark Solution Program?
I decided to try this program because I had surgery and thought that this would be a good "re-start" jump start to my journey.
• Have you seen or felt any results in this first week?
I am more confident of my ability to succeed.
• What do you like the most about the program?
I am very happy that the menus and daily motivators are all laid out for me.
• What was your favorite meal from this week?
The BLT was a huge hit.
• Which Insider Tip motivated you the most this week?
"It really does add Up." For me this was important because while I'm rehabilitating I can't really do the physical fitness like before, so knowing that my daily movements to clean, grocery shop, etc., all add up. This was a motivator for me.
• What is your goal is for next week?
Continue to work out the mind-set makeover. This will help in the many weeks to come.
