What's next?

I completed the 28-Day Boot Camp Challenge. This may be the first time I've ever set up an exercise routine and stuck with it for a whole month. I have to admit I wasn't sure that the SparkPeople concept was going to work, but it really has helped me continue on my path of improving fitness and losing weight. I do slip up every now and then, but now instead of berating myself, I take a deep breath and get back on track.

I read the article about setting measurable goals and am working on those now. I know I need a way to visually monitor progress (such as graphs, data points, etc.) and I want to be able to add notes (such as Bootcamp Video Day 1 twice). I'm exploring a web app called Lifetick which allows you to create goals with a variety of ways of tracking them. I know I've got to keep technology and my fitness goals linked in some way since this keeps me intellectually engaged (and draws upon my techy side).

I'll post what I learn.
