Springing into Action Week 13

These are my six things I focused on this week:

Eat Sensibly – I really focused on this over the last week because during the past couple of weeks I had quite of bit of stress which caused me to fall off track. I realize that eating sensibly will help with reaching my goal.

Quiet Your Spirit Routinely – I believe meditating each morning before starting my day does help a lot. This past week I have focused on this and it helped to avoid the stress. I also kept a journal all week and focused on writing everything I did each day this week. I was surprised to see that I was able to get a lot done.

Exercise Regularly – I usually try to exercise everyday with some form of exercise. I decided to try a body pump class this morning after being away from it since November. It felt great and my body loved it.

Acceptance / Love Yourself – I am taking time out to love myself by either getting my hair done and I made an appointment to get my pedicure and manicure within the next two weeks.

Challenge Your Mind – I have decided to step up my plan and challenge myself to try new things at work. I have always stayed in my comfort zone but I am now willing to try something challenging.

Emotional Well Being / Support – I have always wanted to find my more creative side. I have decided to try my creative side and I’m finding that there are so many things I like and I will focus on really doing those things that make me happy.
