The most noticeable improvements have been in my strength , attitude and size. I know that when I start out on my walks or attempt a new workout I feel strong physically and mentally. I know I can do it. I am also aware that my clothes no longer fit me. I needed to go shopping for pants that did not fall off me when I moved. That is a good feeling. So is the WOW that a friend said over and over when they saw me the other day. They couldn't believe the transformation! And I know that I am not finished yet. What will they say then!!
