Soooooo, after I had my daughter back in February, I let the docs talk me into taking birth control. Big mistake. I remember why I didn't take it before...nothing I was doing to lose weight was working while I was on it :/ I was eating right, exercising, taking my vitamins, getting sleep, and still nothing. I've been off it for two days now and am already losing weight. Sure, this means taking extra precautions, but I've always been adult enough to maintain that before. My daughter was planned, and my next little one will also be planned. Sometimes doctors don't know what's best for YOU!
