Big day

Well I was successful with staying on track since Monday. I did not work out yesterday, but really hustled cleaning the house for a few hours. I am going to try really really hard to get at least a 20 min walk in today.

The birthday boy had a great day yesterday, Grandma brought over his gift. He got the wagon I had asked for. It's a plastic Radio Flyer, has the seats that go up and down. I am wondering if it will fit in my trunk, it's pretty big LOL. Grady loves it. He sat in it for about 30 mins after grandma left.

Went shopping for party stuff yesterday. Got hot dogs and buns for the grill out. I can't believe I bought 2 different types of buns and 3 different types of hot dogs!!! I bought one pack of light white buns (I actually did this by accident, but was glad when I noticed they are at least 30 calories less than the regular ones) and 2 packs of regular white buns. I bought 2 packages of regular bun size hot dogs, one package of Hebrew National 97% fat free (I saw an ad on Facebook stating they are 45 calories a piece and had to get them) and a pack of vegetarian hot dogs for my sister that doesn't eat meat. That's a LOT of hot dogs! I am expecting about 15 people at the party. I also made 2 gallons of infused water for people that would like something to drink besides pop. I put limes, cilantro and watermelon in it. Right now it just tastes like watermelon water. I need to add more limes. It's very good though.

I saw the number on the scale drop just a little more this morning, even though I didn't work out yesterday. I had a huge craving for pizza last night, was very glad I insisted on making grilled cheese and tomato soup instead of greasy pizza from Jets. I don't believe I would have saw a loss at all yesterday if I had ate pizza. I just told myself no pizza, you can have it next time you crave it. You're going to be eating cake and ice cream tomorrow. I am very proud of myself, I stuck to it all week, with no binging since Monday night. I can't wait for Monday to track my weight loss. It's gonna be pretty impressive. :)
