So last week i thought of why i eat so much in the evening, well i know that i stress eat and often eat when im really happy about something. I know when i snack i do it in front of the tv. Now i have a new rule, if i snack watching tv it can only be vegetables -no dips, fruits or light popcorn. One of my very favoirte things to snack on is chips and salsa or hummus, so now if i have this it can't be in front of the tv. I have to say i am eating much less and choosing healthier options. SO FAR SO GOOD!!!

    TV was a huge snack trigger for me. I stopped watching it two years ago, and now only watch movies at my Mom's when I stay there. I must say I don't miss it at all. This evening was gorgeous so I got outside and enjoyed it -a rare treat, warm and no winds, got to take advantage of those days. There is so many more fun and better things to do than watch TV.
    Good for you for finding a solution to meet the problem half way!
