Simple Goals for Today

1. Stay within calorie range while not eating empty calories.
2. Walk at least 10 minutes, ideally 30.
3. Do weight training today ... Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, Sunday
4. Keep a positive mental attitude ... visualize my 155 goal.
5. Reward myself when I stay on goal.

    Sounds good and do-able. What are your rewards? New t-shirt, finger nail polish, etc. It helps to name them so you really do reward yourself. emoticon emoticon
