10 pounds in 19 days

Pretty excited I remained very focused while on vacation with exercising; strength training daily & cardio daily or every other day. I officially hit the 10 lbs loss, 1 day over my goal when I got back 2 work. I'm so close to 30 pounds lost.
Eating healthy is easier, my cravings are far & between, still need 2 work on lower sodium foods.
Have been really thinking about stop smoking, I really can't believe its been over 10 years since I started up again.
Have gone down 2 shirt sizes & 2 pant sizes, just gotta work on that muffin top blaaaah
