Just a quickie. Hope everyone is doing okay. Today I am going to focus on keeping momentum. This past week I let a lot slide. I mean, no binge eating and I still ate pretty healthy, but the strength training and exercise in general were lacking, and the calorie count was on the high side. I have lost 4.5 pounds, and I don't want to see those little turkeys ever again, so I'm going to do some strength training today and some cardio, and stay on the low side of the calorie intake, and try to ingest some more protein. That's the hard part. Finding protein that isn't also full of fat. Onward and downward...
