Insanity Workout - Day 1

So today I started the Insanity workout dvds for the 3rd time. The first time I tried it, I lasted 2 days. The second time I tried it I lasted 1 week. This time I'm not just trying it, this time I need to DO IT! I am going to push myself harder then the first two times to keep on going even when my body does not want to go anymore. If other people were able to complete this workout regimen, then so can I!

This time around, I will remember that I cannot do everything all at once. I will keep in mind that my progression will definitely not be the same as the fitness progression of the people on camera. For the days that I absolutely do not want to do Insanity, I will allow myself to take it easier by doing some other form of fitness that I enjoy. After all, being healthy and fit is not about completing Insanity or other fad workout regimens. It is about leading a healthy lifestyle that allows for all forms of physical activity.

That being said, this will be fun and I cannot wait to embark upon this journey towards a healthier, new me! =D
