So my plan this month was to get 10 minutes of exercise each day...so far the only day I got any was the work day to clean the garden and remove the hot tub. This really shouldn't be this hard. It is only 10 minutes and it is summer and I should get out with the boys for a walk, I even got a bike trailer/stroller which will make walks and bike rides that much more easy. SO what is my problem...heaven only knows...this rant is more to yell at myself to get my bu** in gear. So every nice day I will get the boys out for a walk, maybe even to the park.

1. Freggies - 2 daily
2. Exercise - 10-30 minutes daily/500 for the month
3. Journal - on SP or in my personal journal
4. Green tea - 2 cups daily
5. Meds & Vitamins - Allergy med and hormones, CLA & multi-vitamin +
6. Spiritiual/Meditation - Deepak's meditation &/or spiritual time
