I want to start making healthy home-cooked meals for dinner in the evening. It's just my son and me most nights though, and he's a picky eater, so everything he likes to eat comes out of a can or box. I mostly just make frozen Healthy Choice meals and some fruit or yogurt for myself, but those frozen dinners are high in sodium! I see tons of recipes on here all the time, and they look great to me, but I need to find some meals for my finicky child. I'm also not much of a cook (yet haha) so I need some easy stuff to start out with. I plan to go to the grocery store next week and pick up some things, so wish me luck!!
