Day 212

Wednesday, May 15, 2013

I am not as young as I used to be anymore!!

I am sitting here trying not to fall asleep in my chair at 3 in the afternoon. I am definitely starting to feel my age creeping up on me! I woke up for no apparent reason at 1:55 am, looked at the clock and said UGH and went back to sleep. I woke up again at 4:27 am, which was ok because my alarm was set for 4:30. I haven't gotten up that early in a coons age! I did have a good reason though, I went out in early morning ministry work this morning. I use to do it all the time and haven't for a while, but now I remember why i did it. I thoroughly ENJOY early morning ministry! I am doing it again tomorrow and I am thinking I will do it a lot more often in the future. Then I came home long enough to change clothes and then take off for the 45 minute drive to the orthodontist for my DD. We were there extremely early, so I had high hopes.... we didn't get called back until 30 minutes AFTER her appt time.... and today was some extra work so it was a longer appt then normal UGH! Came home and got lunch for us and took some to DW. Now I am sitting here doing the monthly bill thing, oh yippee skippy. Early to bed tonight, and after ministry it is errand day tomorrow.

Talk to ya'll later!!

Ditto Celeste! Those early mornings were routine for me when my gang were all still in school..and I admire those who can/will get up and out that early for the ministry. emoticon

I think anyone up at 4.27 after broken sleep deserves a nap at 3 in the afternoon. emoticon
