Month 1 of round 2 of insanity....(plus 2 weeks of hip hop abs)

Wednesday, May 15, 2013

So, as promised i'm posting my measurements for how this last month has gone...

So, april 17 i finished insanity, my measurements were:

weight 222 lbs
hips 46.5 inches
waist 38.5 inches
thigh 28 inches
arm 14.75 inches
chest 40 inches

I had a recovery week plus did a lemon water detox during that week(you drink lemon water only for 3 days and eat light, but healthy meals only, no snacks, no junk) and during recovery week in insanity you do a core and balance workout so you ARE working out, just not as crazy as insanity

So, i began round 2 of insanity on April 22,2013...

Basically 4 weeks have gone by since the round 2 started(3 more days
And my measurements are this:

May 14,2012

weight 217 lbs
hips 44 inches
waist 36.5 inches
thigh 26 inches
arm 14 inches
chest 39 inches

so in that month i've got some differeneces, but i lost 5 lbs, and 8.25 inches....

weight 5 lbs diffenence
hips 2.5 inches difference
waist 2 inches difference
thigh 2 inches difference
arm 0.75 inches difference
chest 1 inch difference

I have a beachbody coach on facebook and she thinks i'm adding muscle while losing fat...Because to lose inches without pounds it basically means i'm switching muscle for fat..

but HEY, i'll take the 8 inches! I'll be honest and say that i wish the weight would go down quicker but, at the same time, if i can maintain a lb/week weight lose, then i will make it to my birthday goal with extra lbs to spare!(birthday is oct.28, a good 22 weeks from now, and my goal is 199(only 18lbs to go!)

so, i'll try to get some pictures on here, but we are going away this weekend so maybe's some though..(none from this week)

i don't really like these as i find the third picture is farther away then the first 2 but it'll do...
