Not Too Much to Say

I'm starting to taper for my next Half Marathon. This is my second Half Marathon and fifth race this year. I don't win the races by any means, but I'm winning much more with each race. My confidence improves. My weight drops. My overall health improves. My outlook on life improves.

Thank you to my family and all the sparkers that support me along the way! Also, thanks for all the great inspiration you provide!
