Just a short blog today...

My few days of only minimum Sparking has proven to me how important it is to stay connected to my Spark friends, team mates, and to take part in posting on the team boards. Why? Because they keep Spark People at the forefront of my thoughts. Because of that, the occasional vague thoughts of the unhealthy take away meals and just downright junk food are so much easier to dismiss, and those cravings are more easily satisfied by swapping the longing for a huge block of chocolate to enjoying biting into a crisp, juicy apple.

I would never have believed it had someone told me, but I've learned from experience. Maybe something to think about?

Staying connected is so important--regardless of whether I'm doing great or failing miserably. The fact is I really don't feel like I'm failing at all...thanks to those who lift me up when I need it.

This is a good place...I like the free part too!!

I know exactly what you mean. The time that you spend sparking is so worth it to keep things in prospective.
