I MISS ___________!

Yes, the title is correct. I miss working out.
I miss my step aerobics and Pilates classes.
I miss going to the base gym and seeing everyone.
I miss pushing myself to accomplish better form.
I miss sweating (ew, I know that's gross, but I do).
I miss the awesome feeling of stress leaving my body while I'm stretching.
I miss watching the weeks add up in Spark Streaks.

    Take this time to concentrate on what you are eating. Do what you can with exercising but don't overdo it. Hope you have a quick recovery.

    Hope you're recovering quickly, it must be so annoying for you, but remember not to start before you really can cope with it again. You don't want to make yourself worse. Make sure you relax and when you're fully ready you can jump back on the fitness wagon again. Take care!

    Hope you're healing quickly!

    I completely understand missing the work-outs. I had surgery on my ankle/leg twice. It was very frustrating. Once the doctor released me to exercise again, though, I was thrilled.

    Know that you're getting better and that good things are around the corner!
