Couldn't figure out food log- so- here's my not effective food list.
Lunch- 2 slices roast beef, 1/2 croissant, 1 t. butter, 17 grapes, Diet Dr Pepper (felt great)
Dinner- (I was too hungry) small salad, 1 T ceasar dressing, 25 grapes, fruit dip- 1/2 cup, home made bread- 2 slices, 2 T butter, 1 cup clam chowder...........ugh
