Back at it AGAIN!

Last year I was well on my way to losing the weight, eating healthier and exercising. I allowed life and it's problems to take me off course. I gained back all that I had lost. I so much want to not have to take medication for my HBP. I am adopting a vegetarian lifestyle. I am not calling it a diet, rather a way to live instead. I am easing my way into it. So far even my husband is on board with the eating changes. With us both eating this way should help tremendously to remain on course. emoticon

    So far so good I have taken off 11 pounds. I started this journey at 164 pounds. The vegan lifestyle takes pounds off without much physical effort. It does take some time to adjust to and to figure out how to cook. With time I know it too will be without effort. emoticon
