UGH!!!!

I am REALLY struggling ~ can't seem to get this weight to move in the RIGHT direction...I am NOT giving up, but feeling overwhelmed. Trying to get my blood sugars back under control. I am walking, but I keep messing up my calorie and food intake. UGH ~

    first emoticon a ,because i wanted to give you one and b,i think you need it love. emoticon on not giving up i am proud of you.now lets see what we can do.,baby steps,right? make a list of 3 things to do or track this week or even just for a day if the thought of a week overwhelms you get it down so you can see it.put it out here on your blog if you need more accountability then start ticking it off.keep this going till you have a smallstreak and feel more confident then add a couple of new things on the list keep doig this swapping and changeing or adding to the list every once in a while till they start becoming habits.you can do this. below are a few examples of things you can maybe have on your list.

    #drink so many glasses of water,e.g 4-5 a day and work up to 8+
    #add an extra fruit and veg a day till you have more than 5-8 a day in total
    #have one lessteaspoon of sugar in your tea or coffee,if that is too much try 1/2 a teaspoon less and keep decreasing it till you have none.
    #cut down sweets to say onece a dayor two times a week at first depending how many you eat or even cut it out all together
    #stay in your calorie range foe a day or 3 or a week.whatever you feel is ok without pressure.
    #do at least 10 minutes exercise a day or 6 days a week or three days a week depending what level you are at and gradually increase the time etc
    #take any vitamin or mineral tablet if you need to
    #have so many minutes me time a day
    #say 3 daily affirmations to help you feel better about yourselfor help you stick to a deit.
    #read an health or even an interesting article on any think interesting to help improve your mind and keep you motivated
    #use hand and body cream daily
    #write a blog
    #talk to a friend
    #sort out/tidy/cleanor clear an area in your place or give a time limit to go through the whole place
    #smile at a stranger and maybe help a stranger by making her feel good
    #reply on someone else blog

    here are just an example of what you can have on your list.if you need more ideas let us know.remember to start small and build up from there when you are ready so as not to be overwhelmed that way you are more likely to stick to it and achieve it.know i am here for you if you need me love. emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon
