Movement Monday

Wow! What a great way to start the week off! Dd and I started off in the cardio room. I did 30 minutes of Elliptical Training, then 30 minutes of cycling. Then we headed off to the court for 30 minutes of racquetball. She wants to walk 'the loop' when I get home from work. That is 5 miles, I think, so I am looking forward to it!

I am off to a lunch meeting in about an hour. I brought my Walden Farms calorie-free Raspberry Vinagrette. They usually have a salad; hopefully they continue the tradition!
