Well - I've certainly had better track records.
I am glad to report that I don't weigh more than I did when I started, but I've lost most of the ground I gained over the past year and am very close to being back to square one.
I've written out my plan right where I can see it, I have my alarms set to get me motivated and set so I don't have to constantly keep an eye on the clock which is distracting from doing my form. I am set to break my bad habits, one habit at a time. Currently it's forcing myself to not buy anything new for working out - I am full up with equipment and tools that need to be used. Food is prepared. I am being mindful.
One thing at a time. I have mini goals set along the way - the first one is for mid July. The time is going to pass regardless but this time, I want to *see* results. I'm the only one who can do this, so tally ho.
