Hello Monday. I had a great go of it last week. I lost four pounds. Some of that was water weight but it does feel nice to see the scale drop. I have to go away this weekend on a family thing BUT I'm not worried because I am planning ahead. I'll have my boyfriend with me (he is also on SP but he is on the maintenance plan now- lucky!), I'll have my food tracker and I'll have a fitness room at the hotel. I'm ready to tackle that trip!
