Mind game

May 10, 2013 was the date that I attended a hypnosis class for weight loss. It was a groupon deal and for $29 I figured what was the risk. A friend (and her hubby) had sucessfully used accupuncture to break a bad nicotine habit. The price tag on that was a little more than I wanted to invest.
Keith the hypnotist had experienced a weight issue himself. Before and in between the actual hypnosis sessions (there were 4) we talked about weight issues and triggers. What he said made so much sense ---- mostly things I knew. The sessions were very relaxing and I was aware of everything going on around me. I left having purchased some cds (at a super discounted price) to use to reinforce the hypnosis sessions. Unfortunately, cant use them while driving.

Since last Thursday, keeping his suggestions and some of the concepts from the sessions in my concious mind, I have not been hungry, have eaten more healthily, and have managed to drop 2 pounds. That may not be huge to some people, but it is a start for me and I AM NOT STARVING MYSELF ---- I AM NOT HUNGRY ALL THE TIME. emoticon
