Well, I was working out on my own. I started on OCt. 11, 2011.. I worked out 6 times a week at least, 45 min a day or more.. but then guess what happened.. I joined goodlife fitness on Oct 15. 2012 and then my problems started.. I stopped working out at home, relying on the 3 times a week at goodlife and all my great habits went to S***!!

I started the Jamie Eason LiveFit program.. which is designed for someone like myself, but I slack off, I am eating really bad.. what happened.. ? I don't even know myself.. All I know is the 21 lbs I lost .. lets just say 11 of them have somehow found there way back.. even though I was sure I didn't leave a breadcrumb trail? Funny isn't it?

But guess what? I am still positive.. Even though I have not been successful in losing all the weight like planned, I have learned so much. What to eat, When to eat, how to workout, and most importantly, that if so many others can do it, sure i can too.. I'm not going to hit 37 being overweight.. If Allison Sweeney can do it.. being 36 and in the best shape of her LIFE.. so can I.. I have two beautiful daughters, they will be my inspiration.I have given them so many bad habits, complaining about my weight over the years, guiding them in the awful way of take out lunches/suppers.. It needs to stop!! If I can do it, hopefully they will not carry my bad habits into their family lives in the future!

So there is it.. May 13th, 2013 will mark the day I really pulled my pants up and take responsibility! I am the only one who can!
