Day 34...Mother's day and updated pic..not much change yet

Sunday, May 12, 2013

Not much of a change can be seen yet but I feel good and today was day 17!!!!! of my 60 mins of cardio a day streak! I don't care if the weight isn't falling off this is such an accomplishment for me. Now if my kids would just stop making me brownies!!!!! Dang little stinkers! They can say oh it was for Mother's day, but they wanted those brownies and then they kept offering me one. On top of that my husband takes me out to dinner last night to treat me for Mother's Day a night early and he goes to his favorite all you can eat seafood place. UGH...SABOTEUR! He did get me a memory foam bike seat which I asked for as my Mother's day gift, but it doesn't come close to fitting on my stationary bike which I use far more often than my regular bike (which I need a new one). My oldest daughter gave me foot and hand massages, then did manicure and pedicures on me and painted my fingers and toenails. She also made me breakfast of ham and eggs (NO toast..yay!) and then hubby made dinner of baby back ribs (NOT what I asked for) and boneless skinless chicken breasts with bbq (what I asked for) and it was SO good. Perfect for salads for the next couple of days.
Tomorrow I am going back to eating my diety soup with lean protein for dinner and diet soup with veggies and fruit for lunch and breakfast. I need to kick my metabolism back in and this is the only thing I can think of to get it moving. I'm working out 60 plus minutes every single day and just not losing again...time to kick it in the tush!

SO these are the new pics, other than the drastic haircut which you can't even really see since in the old pic I had it in the world's tiniest bun...I have not made a ton of progress from day 2 to day 34, but yet I HAVE made progress in SO many ways.
