The Exercise Challenge this week is do at least 60 minutes of cardio or 30 minutes 2 times daily.
Do 3 planks, two minutes each or as long as you can.
The Food Challenge is have some accountability with meals. Try for a gallon a day, but drink at least 8 GLASSES OF WATER PER DAY.

It's an excuse but I was with my daughter from early morning til late evening

Drink more water/drink at least 8 glasses of water emoticon I actually went over on this one!!
