Preparing for Day 1.

I decided to do the Spark Solution Challenge, where I will follow the meal plan and exercise plan outlined in the book. I;m excited, I 've told all my children and husband about it, but I dont think they share the same excitement. I bought a new set of measuring cups. I pledge to use them for the next two weeks. My goal is to lose the last little bit before the 10% loss, which is in 5 pounds. The challenge starts tomorrow. Maybe I can talk my friend Catlady into joining me.
