Plan for the Week

M,W,F, = run, arms, abs
T, Th, Sat = workout video + lunges and squats
Sunday = rest day or bike ride


1. Eat clean (no sugar except yogurt and protein powder)
2. Eat 5-6 small meals a day
3. Drink 100 oz. of water a day


1. Spark daily
2. Positive self-talk
3. Motivational blogs and quotations


1. 8 hours a night. Rise at six. Sleep at ten, seven days this week.

Goal: 135 lbs. by Mon. May 20, 2013
