Hi guys! Time to post my food plans for the week. Today is my bf's birthday, so I'm making a primal carrot cake for him (his favorite!)

Grain-free Carrot Cake

Birthday Dinner!!
Grilled Steaks, Mashed Cauli
Onion Flowers
Kale + Bacon

Lemon Garlic Chicken, Zucchini Pasta

Miso Glazed Cod w/ Ginger, Garlic, Scallions, and Steamed Veggies & Spinach Salad

Zucchini Pasta w/ Ground Turkey Meat Sauce (and Mushrooms)

Sausage, Spinach, Sweet Potato Hash

Curried Tuna Salad

Grilled Chicken, Strawberry Spinach Avocado Salad w/ Poppyseed Dressing

Frittata w/ Leftover Veggies

Today I made the tuna salad for lunches, made the breakfast sausage, and baked the carrot cake. He will grill the steaks tonight, and grill the chicken at the same time, then I'll cut the chicken into cubes to save in the fridge for salads another day. I also cleaned up some veggies and fruits and put them in ziplock bags in the fridge, ready to juice throughout the week:

1. Orange: carrot, orange, pineapple, tart cherry, ginger
2. Purple: beet, carrot, cucumber, apple, blueberries, lime
3. Green: green apples, kale, cucumber, celery, lemon, ginger

Spinach seems to be a theme this week. I got a giant clamshell of organic spinach at the market, so I plan to use it up. I also bought berries and pistachios for snacking. Have a lovely day, everyone!
