Day 2

Yesterday was a decent day, but I'm up on the scale (143.8). I ate sushi, which could be the culprit. Also, I spent some time in the sun so I could be retaining water from that.

I work the next two nights. It's a short week for me this week... which I'm really looking forward to! I have all my meals planned and most of them prepped for the week. Also, I really need to increase my water intake!

    Tastes so good, but the seaweed reacts to me and puts on 1.5 lbs overnight. I know we're different blood types, so maybe it is just the sodium in your case.

    You're on track and I think a focus on water intake is really important. It's easy to forget to drink enough. Try some dandelion tea also. emoticon
