I have lost 4 lbs this week! Also lost 2 inches. I'm feeling super proud right now!
I haven't had any chips (or crackers) this week - or any type of "junk" (over-processed) snacks this week. I reached for fruit instead. I've been drinking my water. I have never lost this much in a single week. I have to believe that NOT eating the chips / crackers is a huge part of that. Especially since I only exercised for 30 minutes twice this week.
I've been working very hard to meet my daily goals and for the most part, I have succeeded.
No Soda - met goal
Drink 2 bottles of water - met goal
Cheese-free - met goal all week; had meatballs with mozeralla cheese last night
No Chips - met goal
Fruit or veggies with lunch - met goal
No Snacking after 7:30pm - met goal
Take Vitamins - met goal
30 Minutes vigorous / 60 minutes light exercise - only met twice
Feeling so good right now; and extremely proud of myself. I may change my "Cheese-free" goal into "Only one Cheese meal per week."
I have to remember this moment. I have to remember how GOOD I feel right now: mentally, emotionally, physically. My body feels good; I have SO MUCH more energy, I'm up on myself (instead of being down on myself), and I just feel good!!! I have to remember how this feels; especially on days I want to binge on cheese or have a craving for chips.
As the days go on without chips or cheese, the cravings get more manageable and are easing up. As for the mozerella cheese last night, I'm having a hard time counting that as cheese. LOL I know it's cheese, but it's not my usual binge-cheese choice. And I could barely taste it! It didn't give me that "Mmm....cheese..." feeling I usually get. LOL
