My SPARK SOLUTION has arrived. I am deep into it read Part I, the 14 day jump start. Also I will need a few items from the list of the foods I will need for 2 week starting Monday. I have a lot of the items and this is not new stuff for me. For two weeks I will join the people who bought and have determined to read and do the two week eating plan. A complete plan to fast track weight loss and total body health.

The Eight Habits of Highly Successful Dieters: (From the book)

1. Stay Motivated no matter what.
2. Write it down.
3. Eat what you want but in right size portions.
4. No forbidden fruit, so to speak.
5. Balance your calorie count.
6. Don't burn out.
7. It's about healthy eating and exercise, not healthy eating or exercise.
8. You can't do it alone.

Mostly I agree with this book and like I said before it is not new to me. My other Spark Teams have been very inspirational to me also. Plus, I love the camaraderie I feel on them. Janet, especially I love our Champs!

    I bought it for my Kindle while on vacation and have read up to the actual food plan stuff. Need to read tonight and grocery shopping will come tomorrow so will have to get prepared. I hope it is easily adapted to our gluten-free and other stuff life around here.

    Yes MSFROGGIE I am ready!! I have been at this a long time and reviewing the 8 Habits Dieters (I still don't like that word) I realize that there are about 6 of those that I need you and others who are committed to this life long journey. . emoticon Counting on you NELLIE & MSFROGGIE!!!

    We can do this together! I have lost track of the "diets" I've tried to follow. None of them were sensible. . this is a life long change. . I'm ready! Sounds like you are too!!

    You are a little further into the book than I am. (I got mine late yesterday.) I do think the 8 habits make a lot of sense!
